    Hi, I'm Zach Strauss, the Co-Founder of Apex Collective.

     

    I've founded two small businesses, both with entirely different definitions of success.

     

    I led and grew one company toward:

    • Ranking as the 998th fastest-growing company in the U.S. in 2023 on the Inc. 5000 list.
    • Being named the fastest-growing company in Dayton, Ohio, according to Inc. Magazine's 2023 Inc. 5000.
    • Winning the Cincinnati Business Courier's award for the fastest-growing company in the Greater Cincinnati area in 2023.
    • Securing the 95th spot as the fastest-growing company in the Midwest in 2023, as recognized by Inc Magazine's Midwest Regional awards.

    And when the right offer came along, I sold that company for a life-changing amount.

     

    I've also launched what many would label a "lifestyle small business." Yet, to me, it represents a company no less successful than the other. This company quickly reached a $400,000 annual revenue milestone with the help of just one part-time contractor, while I maintained a work-life balance by working only from Monday to Thursday.

     

    At this juncture in my career, I've discovered that my true calling extends beyond leading rapidly expanding companies.

     

    My mission has evolved to empowering others to grow and elevate their small business.

     

    And I've brought experts with me. While I guide much of the marketing content, Jeff Bloomfield, best-selling author and CEO of a leading sales training company, Braintrust Growth, drives our sales curriculum.

     

    Through Apex Collective, I'm dedicated to unveiling the truths behind effective growth strategies and dispelling the myths that pervade our industry.
